What does Rhizome cost during the beta phase?
Nothing. During the early-access phase, Rhizome is completely free for all beta testers. You help us improve the product – that's worth more than any fee.
What happens if we exceed the seat limit?
You won't be switched to a more expensive plan automatically. We'll reach out as you approach the limit and discuss the next steps together.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. With monthly billing you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month. With annual billing the contract runs for a year – after that, monthly cancellation is possible.
How does switching plans work?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are billed pro rata; on a downgrade the credit is applied to the next billing period.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes – pay annually and you get two months free, a saving of around 17%. The annual price is charged once at the start of the billing period.
How do I apply for special terms?
